- Born and raised in Jaipur, with roots in Nathdwara — a place that taught me values of resilience and community.
- Inspired by my elder brother’s self‑dependence, I began working immediately after graduation in 1995, taking on diverse roles from door‑to‑door sales to counseling and product promotion.
- Learned early that success comes from “working with fun”, building friendships, and staying emotionally connected rather than chasing shortcuts.
- Achieved a milestone by joining my dream company L’Oréal Professionnel, after three attempts, where I grew from Trainee BDE to Area Sales Manager.
- Over 25 years of experience across FMCG, Color Cosmetics, OTC, and Professional Divisions, working with leading brands like Revlon, Vega Professional, Biotique, and Vidyut Metallics.
- Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Vega Professional, expanding networks and managing key accounts across Rajasthan and Gujarat.
- Conducted impactful workshops such as “Licence to Sell”, where participants discovered their strengths and applied sales mastery techniques through interactive games and exercises.
- My mission now is to train and mentor sales professionals across India, equipping them with practical skills, confidence, and leadership qualities to thrive in their careers.
